Sadly, some babies never make it to term. And even more heartbreaking is the number of babies who die soon after birth, whether from birth defects or from neglect.

At BabyExchange, we take pride in never letting anything--or anyone--go to waste. Our system lets you place bids on stillborn or deceased infants. Although it is distasteful, we recognize that many important medical breakthroughs have been possible only with research on human subjects, human infant subjects among them. We think it is a public benefit to encourage such research.

Please note that BabyExchange does not permit its customers to bid on live babies for use in medical experiments. Our honor code expressly forbids this, so do not even bother to ask us for permission, as it will be denied.
