Disappointed?

We know that nobody wants it to happen, but it's happened to all of us. Sometimes after you accept delivery of goods you discover that what you got was not what you wanted. If, unlikely as it is, that should happen to you in your dealings with BabyExchange, we think that you will be pleased with our generous returns policy. A 15% restocking fee may apply, depending on current market conditions. Please remember to attach RMA label to your return package, as we will not accept returns without the proper authorization. Additional fees may apply for babies subject to more than normal wear and tear.
